In addition to providing assistance to Party Gaming in its entry into the Italian market during 2008, and to Italian market leader Microgame with preparing its entry into the newly liberalised French gaming market in 2009, IGC has also assisted William Hill with the operator’s re-entry into the Italian market (online only) . Recent projects have also included M&A work on behalf of Italian market leader Microgame, resulting in their acquisition of minority shareholdings in UK specialist software developers Egass and Micromarket.
